Since 1710, the Brossette family has been making and maturing its wines from father to son handing tradition and know-how down through the generations.
Here in the heart of the Pierres Dorées area, on the “Domaine Brossette”, we makes one of the world's most enjoyed wines.
Our vines are rooted in chalk-clay slopes with excellent sunshine giving a “nectar” with subtle, well-developed aromas and flavours.
The estate vines have a great aspect and wonderful conditions for ripening the grapes.
Inherited from our forefathers, the winemaking methods used on Domaine Brossette give us, their heirs from father to son over the generations, total command of how we make the wine and how it reacts.
Vinification
Manual harvest.
Very strict sorting in the vines by the picker on the vine followed by a sorting table. Whole bunch fermentation. Respecting and combining to their best advantage both tradition and new winemaking technology.

Temperature control
An essential point for us is to respect the fruit.
All the vats are equipped with a temperature control system.
The length of each maceration depends on the style of wine we are looking for and the terroir type.
The Beaujolaise vinification method is wholly original where traditional fermentation and natural semi-carbonic fermentation co-exist.
We do a green harvest (removing some bunches from each vine before ripening) to improve quality no quantity.
We respect the rnvironmrnt and use integrated methods troughout the estate.
